What is the Trade Term?
Ex-work factory, FOB any port in China, CIF, DDP etc.
How long is our Production leading time?
Within 15-20 days upon receiving deposit in normal season. Some production needing new moulds may take up to 60 days.
What is the Payment term?
T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit to start production, and the balance before shipment when goods are ready.
What are the packing details?
Carton boxes or wooden frames outside to protect the items.
What kind of documents will be provided?
B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin for customs clearance.
How is damage or missing parts handled during shipping?
Our shipping agency ensures safety. For any damage, they are responsible. For minor issues, we provide compensation or replacement parts. Missing small components are sent via DHL within one week.
