Q1: What are your packaging conditions?
Answer: Generally, we use neutral bags and woven bags wrapped in kraft paper. If you have a legally registered patent, we can use your brand packaging boxes after receiving your authorization letter.
Q2: What are your payment terms?
Answer: 30% as a deposit, and 70% to be paid before delivery. Before you make the remaining payment, we will show you photos of the products and packaging.
Q3: What are your delivery terms?
Answer: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4: When is your delivery time?
Answer: Generally speaking, after receiving the advance payment, it will take 15 to 30 days for the goods to be delivered. The exact delivery time depends on the items you ordered and the quantity.
Q5: Can you produce goods based on samples?
Answer: Yes, we can produce based on your samples and technical drawings, and we can also manufacture molds.
