1) Design and Production
Innovative, secure and quick, our quick connect fittings made of synthetic material are suitable for most media carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air carrying lines. These quick connectors are specially suited to being matched up with the automotive pipe system. The design and production are strictly in accordance with SAE J2044-2009 standards. Plug-in and self-locking structures enable faster and easier connection and disconnection.

2) Security Features
Quick connectors feature double sealing rings with a radial sealing structure and modified rubber O-rings. These are designed for optimal physical chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling resistance. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell, ensuring great seal security and preventing phenomena such as ring fall-off or shift.

OPERATION METHOD

Connection is achieved by inserting the mating tube end piece; the locking spring provides elasticity for a secure clip connection. To disconnect, advance the male connector and press the clip button to expand the lock, allowing for easy removal.
