Product Description
Piezoelectric ceramic components are made of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) as the core material and polycrystalline piezoelectrics through ceramic powder sintering process, which are polarized to provide electromechanical coupling characteristics. The structure of the components covers single-layer sheets (thickness 0.1-1mm), multi-layer stacks (2-100 layers) and composite cantilever beams. The surface is plated with nickel/gold electrodes to ensure electrical conductivity, and the exterior is encapsulated with epoxy resin or protected by a metal shell to meet requirements such as IP67.
